Creating content is now second nature to me, so I find it hard to teach! But I've broken down the steps I use to create original content, that fits what the people who interact with me most need.
You need to know your values, know your audience, and know what you offer.
THEN
You need to use the ARMED formula (and yes it's my own idea :D)
Absorb
Reflect
Modify
Express
Distribute
To keep this real - this is me doing a video after I've just come up with this idea. It's rough, it doesn't feel fluent and it's a bit shaky in places.
I'll still often make it live at this point and then work on it as it's received to create something that's more flowing
And then I'll use it in many different places after that, over and over again
