ZOHO CRM is onyl one part of the ZOHO ONE package - and working several of the apps and tools together helps you to provide a better running business, and furuther opportunity to grow brand loyalty and teamwork across your business model
Today I wanted to show you a little bit about
a cool little thing on Zoho called Connect.
Now. We use connect really solidly in our own business to help us with our own client management.
But also we use it with our clients as an external portal.
So I was going to briefly walk you through just how well we use it these two ways last year.
We went through quite a large amount of growth quite quickly
and we couldn't use the Whiteboard system that we've had at the
office because we're all in lockdown
and plus we were growing a team where there was
so many clients coming in that we couldn't manage who was doing
what and where and we needed to have a better system instead of using a system Outsiders.
We thought well, we've got our
CRM and we're using our marketing Automation
and our social media was so hope made sense just to use
as though her platform and connect was a really amazing way of us to do that
and help us put our systems in place.
So one of the first things you do is we had different boards.
I've shown you this one because this one doesn't have any client information in it,
but we have Boards all the different things.
We have a stream for our marketing strategist.
We all have a board with our clients on it that has a template.
So most of this book for our marketing strategy of the things that we need to do in the tasks
and every time a new client comes in.
We add the task. Basically we can just come through here
and easily duplicate the section
and then we can rename it
and change it for something else
so we can do that across the way
and then we can put our we can have whoever's in charge of it and then we can take things off.
As we're done so if we've completed this so we've actually completed this task here.
I'll just show you I can click that
task and press complete and it's all been done and created so it's all been done and it's finished.
So I get this is this is actually most of us has been collected on here.
So have to go through and finish it
but has all the tasks that we need to do to complete the different sections.
And so we've got this all of these things
and then we're doing a meeting we can have a Zoho meeting
or a zoom meeting and we can go Sure and check off the tasks.
The other thing that we've got is that helps our client team members as we have different manuals.
So for example, we've got a client care manual that has allowed policies
and procedures emails that we use video walkthroughs of how we do things.
We've also got one for Facebook
for our clients with some things around
what they need to do with an introductory email some of the audience's
and other bits and pieces with how do we how we do things
and make sure that we're working with clients on how to manage the client and look after the client.
The other thing that we have in here is is the town hall.
We can talk to each other
and set up a time to ask questions
as a group and everything is grouped or sphere into different hierarchies.
The other side that we've got on here is our external network,
which is part of our offering to any of our strategy clients.
And so they can come in here and ask questions.
Sorry. They'll be a question up here
as well and then they can come in here and they have manuals so all of our clients.
Get a base manual and they're working with us in a strategy
and they can come through here
and it's got a whole lot of information
and things that helps us to stay in contact with our clients
and be involved with them and get a hold of information.
So there's just a little run-through of how Zoho connect Works.
We've really loved using it
as a business and we also recommend it to a lot of clients who are wanting to have
either an internal way to work through staff work
and helping staff task get completed
but also for that external thick portal if you want to use a library
and information to help people clients as well moving now and moving forward to help support them.
